Pork Belly Adobo Sandwich

Pulled pork sandwich maybe a thing but why not integrate this Adobo Filipino cuisine to the west? Adobo sandwich!

Here you have an adobo marinated pork belly which was grilled. It is then served in a sweet white bun over a creamy coleslaw. The sause is a mix of mayo and adobo chipotle peppers. Add some pickled onions then garnish with green onions and parsley. You may also add cilantro.
