Juicy Veggies Beef Tandoori Naan Sandwich

Are you a guilty mom or wife by letting your kid or hubby eat or snack unhealthy junk foods? Well, you are not alone, I sometimes do that too ...

But this time i have some left over beef from the other day, my eyes sore from looking at the beef just sitting in the fridge and no one touched it. So, here you go ...

Tandoori Naan Sandwich, super fast and yet delicious tangy smoked gruyere cheese just kick your snacking time so well. Or even for your lunch.

My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 10 minutes / Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

2 naan breads or vita bread
1 cup slice cooked beef
10 cherry tomatoes - cut
1/2 cup boiled fresh pees or frozen
10 baby bella mushroom-sliced
1 cup grated smoked gruyere cheese or any cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of chopped rosemary
Salt and pepper

Method:

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.

Cut open the naan or vita bread becoming two side parts (top and bottom), spread the mixed ingredients on top of the bread. Using a grill pan, grill the bread and transfer into the oven over 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.

Cut and serve while it's hot.

Thank you, it's really easy to follow. Use regular sandwich if you can't find naan bread or vita bread.

It looks so good. And it's not that unhealthy food, in my opinion. The ingredients are chosen very suitable. I think there's little harm in this dish, but a lot of taste and pleasure in the food. Yummy.

Yep to those on diet, I bet one in a while it's okay though ..
