Pizza from the cauliflower - vegan and gluten-free

I prepared a base for pizza cauliflowers. The recipe is suitable for vegans; vegetarians can use eggs instead of chia or flaxseeds, and instead of the vegan, the real cheese. Fans can also pizza with some kind of ham or prosciutto.


Ingridients:

*500 g cauliflower

*40 g of Vegan cheese

*40 g of rice flour

* 1 teaspoon of dried oregano and basil

* 2 tablespoons minced chia or flax seeds (you can also use 2 eggs)

* a teaspoon of salt


Instructions for preparation:


1. Divide the cauliflower into the flowers and grind or milled into the multipractic with the S-blade to get cauliflower rice. Also, cheese. Watch chia or linseed in a coffee grinder and add 4 tablespoons of water. Let it stand for 15 minutes.

2. Turn the cauliflower into a kitchen cloth and drain excess liquid. Then put it in a large bowl and mix it with 2 eggs or substitute from chia or flax seeds. Add grated cheese, flour, salt and spices, mix well and hand over to get a firm and little sticky dough.

3. Heat the oven to 220 degrees. Place the dough on the baking paper and spread it evenly over the baking dish.

4. First, for 15 to 20 minutes, only bake the dough to become a beautiful golden color (the dough should not be too hot). Then, take the tray out of the oven and complete the pizza.

5. Pizza is first coated with pellets, then coated with any vegetables: paprika, broccoli, asparagus, sponge, olives, cherry tomatoes, courgettes, artichokes, asparagus, spicy, spinach, maize ... Sprinkle with vegan cheese.

6. Bake the beaker in the baking dish for about 10 minutes or until it is baked (depending on the oven).
