Ingredient :
- Tempeh 5 ounces (sliced long dice)
- Salt to taste
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Cooking oil
Ingredients are mashed rough
- Shallots 3 cloves
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Tomato 1 piece
- Red chillies 1 ounce
How to make :


- Fried tempeh until golden brown, remove from heat and drain.



- Smoothes rough food ingredients (not too fine)

- Heat oil and saute food ingredients smoothed rough, add sugar and salt then stir stir. if necessary add a little oil to be more easily blended seasonings .

- Once cooked marinade, wait until the marinade is rather cold, then enter tempeh fried, stir until smooth and ready to be served.
