Sauted water spinach/kale shrimp paste

To you and the family are very fond of vegetables, sauteed water spinach/kale seems recipe is suitable for a family meal is served at table. 'Cah water spinach' recipes there are many, one of the favorite /kale recipes that you can try is "Sauteed water spinach/kale shrimp paste". This cuisine is one of the favorite food of Indonesian society. The cuisine is very tasty and delicious.

Ingredient
- Water spinach/kale (Indonesian : Kangkung)
- lemongrass (crushed)
Mashed
- Red chillies 5 seeds
- Shallot 1 seed
- Tomato 1 piece
- Shrimp paste 2-3 seeds (size candy)
How to make
- Provide water spinach/kale (indonesian : kangkung)
- Then cut as desired and wash with running water
- Provide ingredient for seasoning
- Puree
- Set skillet, cooking oil contents to taste and turn on the stove
- After boiling cooking oil, stir-fry until fragrant lemongrass (lemongrass serves to perfume dishes)
- Enter the spice paste and add salt / flavorings to taste.
- Stir until the spices cooked (add water if needed or you want little soup kale)
- Enter kale
- Stir until the spices evenly with spinach, wait until wilted water spinach/ mature
- Finished and place to a plate for serving.
