How to cook stir-fried tofu and bean sprouts - [Acehnese : Tumeh tahu ngon toge]

This time I want to share how to cook a stir fry, tofu and bean sprouts with you. This dish is easy to make, and contain a high nutrient content of tofu and bean sprouts.
Ingredient
- Tofu
- Bean sprouts
- Tomato
- Red chili
- Shallots
- Garlic
- Lemongrass
- Bay leaf
- Ginger
- Salt
- Soy sauce
How to make
- Wash bean sprouts and other ingredients sliced
- Set the skillet and turn on the stove
- Fried, tofu that has been cut like cubes until golden brown color.
- Stir-fry until fragrant ingredients
- Stir and add salt to taste.
- Enter the bean sprouts.
- Add water to taste, then stir until soft.
- Enter the tofu and stir
- Add soy sauce to taste and stir until cooked.
- Finished
