How to cook a duck egg - [Aceh : Boh itek teupeulemak]
Hallo stemians... on this occasion, I want to invite you to cook a duck egg. When viewed from the nutritional content, duck eggs have a higher nutritional content than chicken eggs. This is influenced by the food given and the process of maintenance. Usually duck egg boiled, fried or marinated for consumption. Well this time I would like to share a recipe that is often practiced by the Aceh people for lunch, we call this "Boh Itek Teupeuleumak"
Ingredient
- Duck eggs
- Coconut milk 500 ml
- Green pepper 7 seed
- Lemongrass 1 Stalk
- Salt to taste
- Shallot 1 clove
- Garlic 1 clove
- Ginger
- Coriander
How to make
- Blender ingredient
- Enter coconut milk and all the ingredients into the skillet.
- Turn on the stove, cook the ingredients until boiling and add salt to taste.
- Enter the duck eggs into the skillet.
- Stir slowly and wait until cooked duck egg.
- Ready to be served.
