Foods that Naturally Boost Collagen In Your Body - vegetable
Our body naturally makes collagen, but it produces less as we get older. A decrease in collagen can result in loss of elasticity and structure throughout the body.
Vitamin C, found in abundance in red pepper, is a necessary vitamin for the production of collagen in the body. "Vitamin C is a natural antioxidant that stimulates collagen synthesis. In the absence of a diet rich in vitamin C, our body can not produce collagen optimally, "says Ashley Barrient.
Red fat pepper contains more vitamin C than lemons.
Tomatoes are rich in lycopene, a powerful natural antioxidant, and stimulate the production of collagen in the body.
These seeds are very rich in vitamin E.
Other sources of vitamin E: wheat germ, almonds, peanuts and peanut butter.
It contains a great amount of very good vitamin A for the eyes and skin.
In addition to carrots, vitamin A is found in sweet potatoes , cantaloupe, mangoes, and apricots.

I'll put down a list below that I think stimulates collagen production.
1. Red bell pepper

3. Avocado and chia seeds.
These fruits and seeds are rich in omega 3 fatty acids and very good vitamin E for the body.
Other sources rich in omega-3: walnuts and salmon.
I do not recommend salmon because it contains cholesterol and traces of heavy metals.
4. Sunflower seeds
These seeds are very rich in vitamin E.
Other sources of vitamin E: wheat germ, almonds, peanuts and peanut butter.
5. Carrots

Glad to see that these are vegetables that I love @luciancovaci - I always have peppers in my fridge and I love them raw or cooked and I love tomatoes and avocados
I also like this vegetable, but if you cook it, you lose from vitamins except vitamin A.
Thanks - I will bear that in mind - but they do enhance cooked foods
Thank you for the info! Peppers of all kinds, tomatoes, and avocado are always on hand at our house so it's nice to know that my kids are still getting the vitamin C they need even though most of them don't like citrus fruit. Resteeming =)
Thank you for resteem !
You're welcome =)
