That does look like a beautifully cooked meat dish, though I definitely understand the thought that too many Siu Mei boxes with no vegetables wouldn't be a very balanced diet. Same goes for our hamburgers. Yummy food the world over seems to be rich in meat until we have a guilty conscience and fit our vegetables in too.
