🍍【Pineapple Braised Ribs】🍖
You will need:
*500g of ribs
*500g of pineapple
*2 stalks of spring onions
*An appropriate amount of ginger
*Several cloves of garlic
*An appropriate amount of cooking wine
*An appropriate amount of soy sauce
*An appropriate amount of sugar
*An appropriate amount of salt
*A sprinkle of white sesame seeds
🍳Cooking steps:
1️⃣ Rinse the ribs and blanch in hot water, then set aside.
2️⃣ Cut pineapple, spring onions, ginger, and garlic.
3️⃣ Heat up the pan, add sugar, and slowly stir-fry until caramelized.
4️⃣ Add spring onions, ginger, and garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant, then add the ribs and fry until lightly browned.
5️⃣ Pour in cooking wine and soy sauce, add hot water, cover the pan and cook for half an hour.
6️⃣ Add pineapple chunks and continue cooking for 10 minutes.
7️⃣ Add salt, turn up the heat and cook for 2 minutes.
8️⃣ Finally, sprinkle with white sesame seeds and it's ready to serve.
