Fruit Tart from Bohol, Philippines

It was a rainy day here in bohol. However, this piece of tart with a lemon grass juice made my day completely.

This miniature tart is a baked dish consisting of a filling over a pastry base with an open top not covered with pastry. The filling is not quit sweet with fruit-based, sometimes with mango, papaya and lychee.
