Vegan Strawberry Custard
If you are in the mood for a fast and easy dessert or snack, this vegan custard is the one. It's super silky, light and healthy. There are only 6 ingredients in this recipe and you can whip this up in less than five minutes. You can substitute the strawberries for any fruit of your choice. This is not an overly sweet dessert so if you want it sweeter, just add more sweetener to taste.
Vegan Pudding

- 5oz silken tofu
- 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

- 1/2 tsp agar agar powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or almond extract

Those figs look amazing with that custard. I have to get some agar-agar...really luscious looking @loveself :)
I'm really excited it's fig season. I also like making this custard with mango puree. Thank you @birdsinparadise.
I'm always in a mood for some quick and easy (sweet) snack! 😋 I've actually never tried to make a custard like this, so I should buy agar agar and try this! :)
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Thank you @jasmink.
