Ginger, beneficial in fennel abdominal disorder

According to experts, digestive system can be kept healthy by eating only fennel, ginger, curd and papaya etc. in small quantities.

Naimi Agarwal, Nutrition and Dietitarian of Fatpat, Meher Rajput, has made a list of some elements that keep the digestive system healthy.

The first place in this is Ginger, which helps in digestion and it prevents inflammation and irritation in the chest. After eating, a sip of ginger and lime mixture of some of the lemon can keep you away from many problems.

The elements present in fennel help reduce the stomach's gas and improve the digestive tract. By chewing it or putting it in the tea, the digestive tract is activated, causing the burning sensation of the chest, stomach and intestinal problems.

By consuming cumin, secretion of different elements of the pancreatic form begins. There are many nutrients in it. You can also grind it by mixing it in milk, curd, sugarcane, salad or soup.

Probiotics are such micro-organisms that remove many diseases. Eating them strengthens the digestive system and the resistance mechanism. Taking these leads to diagnosis of bladder infection, skin diseases and colds. We can take these as curd, kefir (milk products) and combbuch (a kind of black tea).
