This is a different version of the Greek Christmas cookies. Raw, gluten-free and sugar-free melomakarona, just a few days before holidays.
No, I didn't start a diet or no more sugar in my life!No way, not me! But sometimes I love to try new, alternative recipes in traditional desserts and foods.
These cookies, are so unexpectable delicious and smell wonderful!Dates are the natural sweetener and are combined with oats, walnuts, grated ginger, clove powder, cinnamon, mandarin juice and zest, honey and cognac.I decorated them with melted chocolate(with stevia) and some walnuts and..the sweet treat almost gone..
