The perfect Eggplant Parmesan
I recently had a quest to make the best Eggplant Parmesan. Here is my photo set.
Nothing Special here. Simple eggwash flour and breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil to shimmering and add the eggplant.
Cook until browned.
Pour some tomato sauce in oven safe dish. Rest cooked eggplant on top of sauce.
Apply parmesan cheese.
Basil and repeat the stacking. Cover with more sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Finally put in the oven for 25 minutes at 350 farenheight.
