This recipe for pancakes I liked the fact that it turned out the first time and so far there have been no setbacks. Pancakes are tender and porous.
300 grams of yogurt
200 ml of water
1 piece egg
1/3 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. l. sugar
30 grams of starch
1/3 tsp. soda
150 grams of wheat flour
30 grams butter
Mix in a bowl of dry ingredients, lightly mix them.
Add kefir and egg, stir well.
Melt butter and pour into the dough together with boiling water.
Stir the dough well so that there are no lumps.
I bake pancakes in a frying pan with a thick bottom, pre-warming it up well (there are 9 temperature regimes on my plate, I bake pancakes in 7 mode).
