Chicken with oranges
Stewed ham with orange and lemon - a simple tasty dish. It is good to serve with rice.
4-5 legs
1 cup of milk
salt, pepper to taste
flour for breading
2 tablespoons butter
1 orange
1 lemon
Chicken thigh cut in half, put in a bowl, pour the milk and leave for 2 hours. After this, drain the milk, salt and pepper the whole leg. Roll in flour.
In a frying pan, heat oil, put the whole leg and fry for a few minutes, turning it over once.
Cut the orange with the peel, grate the lemon zest and squeeze the juice. Add the zest, lemon juice and chopped orange into a frying pan. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes. You can add a little water and add salt to taste.
