Pittsburgh style bone-in ribeye steak...epic
18 oz Bone-In Ribeye, had to split it between me & @dragons to be able to eat it all. This is probably my favorite cut of meat. It has to be cooked around medium since it is a fattier cut, that way the fats render out & soak into the meat bringing out the flavors & the juiciness & whatnot. Perfect way to test out my new cast iron skillet....Made the apartment a little smokey, but totally worth it.
