Fruit juice is often used as the first course of a meal, usually at lunch or dinner, before soup. 2c. diced fresh pineapple 2 c. sliced strawberries Powdered sugar.

Place in cocktail glasses and allow to stand on ice a short time before serving.

With Maraschino cherry
Banana, pineapple, orange and maraschino cherry. This cocktail is served in a glass on a small plate. 2bananas 1 c. Canned pineapple 2 oranges 1 doz. Maraschino cherry. Lemonade. Powdered sugar

Cut the banana into pieces or cubes. Cut the pineapple into cubes. Remove the pulp from the orange in this way, and cut each section into several pieces. Mix these three fruits. Cut the cherries in half and add them to the mixture. Place on ice until
completely cool. To serve, pour into cocktail glasses and top each glass with a tablespoon of maraschino cherry juice and a teaspoon of lemon juice. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
