Healthy cookies for fitness & chocolate lovers :) look for recipe inside...

I hate long cooking, so the recipe is very simple and fast.

What to take:

  • 100 g cottage cheese with 0% (may be 1 or 2) fat
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 g of instant oatmeal
  • 70 g durum wheat flour
  • 40 g bitter chocolate (with 70 or more % of cocoa products)
  • a little bit of salt and vanillin

What to do:

  1. break the chocolate into pieces
  2. stir all ingredients
  3. wet your hands with cold water
  4. make cookies, lay them on a baking sheet
  5. bake at 180 degrees Celsius 10-12 minutes (until it gets a golden crust)
  6. Enjoy! :)))
