Healthy cookies for fitness & chocolate lovers :) look for recipe inside...
I hate long cooking, so the recipe is very simple and fast.
What to take:
- 100 g cottage cheese with 0% (may be 1 or 2) fat
- 2 eggs
- 30 g of instant oatmeal
- 70 g durum wheat flour
- 40 g bitter chocolate (with 70 or more % of cocoa products)
- a little bit of salt and vanillin
What to do:
- break the chocolate into pieces
- stir all ingredients
- wet your hands with cold water
- make cookies, lay them on a baking sheet
- bake at 180 degrees Celsius 10-12 minutes (until it gets a golden crust)
- Enjoy! :)))
