At 16, Jean Galler understands that chocolate will be his life. From a family of professional gourmands (his grandfather, a pastry chef, created his own brand in 1930), he carries the genes of sweetness and generosity in his DNA.

After studying pastry and chocolate in Basel, then a training course at Gaston Lenôtre in Paris in 1974, he was awarded the title of "Best apprentice baker in Belgium". In June 1976, the young craftsman founded his chocolate factory in Vaux-sous-Chèvremont in the Liège region.

"There are three chocolate countries in the world: Switzerland, Belgium and France. I had the extraordinary opportunity to experiment with these three schools before launching myself. "
