Lotus root spare ribs soup - 莲藕排骨汤

I made lotus root spare ribs soup today - a classic Cantonese soup. Just put all ingredients into the Instapot pressure cooker and pressure cook for 40 minutes, the yummy soup is ready. Perfect for summer!

温哥华开始变得夏日炎炎了,于是做了这道简单又经典的广东汤 - 莲藕排骨汤。把所有材料扔到压力锅了煮40 分钟就大功告成了(排骨要过水)。味道还挺好的:)
