When the baby is just growing his teeth, the mouth will feel discomfort and like to bite some hard things. The molar sticks bought outside, in China where the food safety is worrying, the novice mothers are not at ease, it is better to do it yourself. Specific steps are as follows:

• 1 : Vegetable or fruit diced juice, filtered and juiced
• 2 : About 150g of low-gluten flour, add vegetable juice into a smooth dough
• 3 : wake up for 20 minutes
• 4 : Use a rolling pin to knead the dough into thin slices about 0.5 cm thick.
• 5 : Cut the dough piece into a width of about 1cm and twist it into the shape you want.
• 6 : The oven is preheated for 180 minutes at 180 degrees and baked for 20 minutes.

Note:

The molar stick has the danger of being bitten by the baby. In order to prevent the baby from getting stuck and causing suffocation, when the baby uses the molar stick, there must be an adult to pay close attention to it, and the baby should be replaced. If you are not at ease, it is safer to use a silicone molar stick for your baby.

今天朋友问我一些辅食制作的问题，我给她发了一些过去给六宝制作辅食的时候录制的视频。这个视频是制作婴儿磨牙棒的过程。

宝宝在刚长牙的时候，口腔会感觉到不适，喜欢去咬一些硬的东西。外面买的磨牙棒，在中国这个食品安全堪忧的地方，新手妈妈们都不太放心，那不如自己做起来。具体步骤如下：

• 1.蔬菜或水果切块榨汁后过滤取汁
• 2.低筋面粉150g左右，加入蔬果汁揉成光滑的面团
• 3.醒面20分钟
• 4.用擀面杖将面团擀成0.5cm左右厚的薄片
• 5.将面片切成1cm左右的宽度，然后扭成你想要的形状
• 6.烤箱180度预热十分钟，烤制20分钟

注意：

磨牙棒有被宝宝咬断的危险，宝宝使用磨牙棒时，身旁一定要有大人密切关注着，勤给宝宝更换哦。如果不放心，给宝宝使用硅胶磨牙棒会更安全一些。
