Yes I have checked. This particular brand of cheese that I managed to acquire (just so happened was a buy one free one pack) actually mentioned that they produce cheese from fresh milk.

Thank God for buy 1 free 1 almost expiring products! I just so happened to see it.

I was blessed by my office cleaner with avocado all the way from Indonesia and this was if not mistaken were local produce from her hometown, which I am not certain if the orchards survived the tsunami.

Nevertheless it was sitting in the fridge was more than a week, was supposed to let my dad eat but we had so many other meal gatherings this was overlooked and if it sat in the fridge any longer it would have gone rotten.

Avocados are usually tasteless but creamy, and most people do not favour its taste, especially Asians with traditional tastebuds; but baked ones with egg and a dah of salt, pepper and mixed herbs brings a different flavour especially when it is served with red Cheddar.

Because of recent festive meals and extra leftovers I have been having too much gluten based food and my stomach is beginning to disagree with me, I have decided to switch to gluten Free for this meal and give gluten a break instead.

Thanks to @chloephuan93 's timely (according to my parents) Christmas present (although it sounded like a joke) I get to make this Insta-worthy food presentation that I might place this in @qurator's tasty Tuesday later (if it is still running)

However because I have not seasoned the chopping board ready to serve food on top, I have decided to use this more than half a century plate for the food to rest on top.

With this high fat and protein diet isn't this gonna build weights to my body?

Don't worry I only took Sunday off and I'm back work the 1 minute Planking Challenge again today back at the gym.

Just thought of changing a scene from this upload routine of same topic posts and concentrate on other things such as pretty food picture; but don't worry there is no porn in this post, just simple baking on my mini express oven which I hadn't use for a while and need some serious vinegar cleaning soon.
