Pot Roast-deconstructed shepherds pie
Making roast for my Mom.
Potatoes and baby carrots
Seared the roast in the skillet first with margarine, salt/pepper/onion.
The house smelled of soup.
Served the roast cut on the carrots and potatoes, made a gravy out of the droppings. Delish!
We froze the gravy after.
My favorite. Looks awesome!
