ding shi gui guo (丁氏龟锅)

We go out for dinner tonight,it is called :“ding shi gui guo”。we don,t know if it is good ,so we go into it ,just take a try.this shop is not big , only 4 groups,and it can provide 4 people to dinner .there is a fume hood above the table .Good environment!
A few minutes later ,the waiter come over .we ordered 3 meat dishes and 2 vegetable dishes.
Ingredients :1.beef ,lamb,chicken, lamb's kidney.
2.Chinese cabbage,spinach.
3. Dough Drop and Assorted Vegetable Soup is staple food.
instructions: 1.Turn the switch on.heat it for a while ,add the salad oil ,onion pieces and other seasoning.
2.Put the meat in it, and stir it over and over.
3.when the color of the meat changes,add vegetables.stir it .....
a few minutes later ,it can be eaten! how quickly!very delicious!!

今天晚上,我们家几个人去附近的丁氏龟锅吃饭。因为总也不出去吃,不知道这家到底好不好,进去看看再说,他家店面不大,总计4个分组,每组能做4个人,桌子上面是油烟罩。环境还不错!
一会儿,服务员过来,我们点了3个肉菜,2盘素菜,分别是:
1.牛柳一盘,羊肉一盘,鸡脯肉和羊腰子拼一盘;
2.大白菜一盘,菠菜一盘;
3.主食要的是一大碗疙瘩汤。
调料有:色拉油,籽盐,芝麻,面酱,葱丝儿。
步骤如下:
1.服务员把锅开关打开,加热;
2.把油放进去,把葱丝儿等调料都放进去,翻炒,然后把肉放进去一半,不停地用筷子翻炒;
3.待肉变色,把青菜放进去,继续翻炒。
几分钟的功夫,菜便熟了,非常快,开吃!嗯,还行味道不错!谢谢欣赏!
