It will be basmati rice with beef vuna. I really enjoy this food. Whenever I have the opportunity to make some food for my family and friends I make this food for them. You can also try this recipe.
You need only 45 min to make it. If you follow my recipe I can tell you will get success in cooking. Then let's start.
Basmati * Rice * Recipe :
Preparation time: 45 min
Yield: 1 plate
Cooking time: 15 min
Ingredients :
2 cup basmati rice
2 cup water
3 tsp butter
1/2tsp food color
5pic cardamom
3 pic cinnamon
1tsp salt
The way :
First, take 2 cups of basmati rice in a bowl.
Then Give 2 cups of water on the bowl.keep 30 min on room temperature.
3.then take a pressure-cooker and get on the cooker on medium heat.after 2 min give the butter on the pressure-cooker.
Then give salt, cinnamon, cardamom. Then give the basmati rice,
Then give 2 cups of water.
6.Cook for 15 min
Take some rice on another pressure-cooker and cook with 1/2 tsp color.
After cooking mix the color one and the white one well. Your basmati rice is ready.
