I'm stoked, I've got apple cinnamon and strawberry batches now in the fridge cooling down. Way better stuff than I expected.
I would go for it if i were not in Scotland.. It's kinda cold here and i suspect it would go mouldy!
There are ways to deal with that issue so long as you are aware of it. Some people use heating mats below their brews which make things go like they're in the tropics!
Ah, now there is a thing. I have a heating mat for plants. Will check it out then!
