Ginger Teriyaki Chicken Food Porn Photo Shoot
Of all the things I can cook, chinese food is my weak point. I always have a tough time getting flavors and combinations right. Truth be told, chinese food is one of the more complex things out there to figure out. I'll admit, I avoid it because I'm often disappointed by what I produce. Tonight was a pleasant surprise, thanks to the help of a storebought teriyaki sauce. I'm just sharing the photos for now, stay tuned for the recipe!

I've heard that Chinese food is very hard to do right at home because the restaurants tend to cook at a higher heat than a home kitchen is able to reach.
I've found it isn't just that sort of thing, my stove can get way too fucking hot because of bad design, it's just the combination of flavors.
Chinese recipe's is full up with ginger. Its an antioxidant, used in china for more that 5000 years, very heathy used for cleansing the body.
