Carnivore Adventures: Not All Steaks
This was yesterdays lunch, simple beef sausage made with lard and salt, fried in a cast iron pan. The bone broth was made in my instantpot which is the one piece of kitchen equipment not being neglected on the Carnivore diet. The bone broth was made with pork ribs, leftover steak, salt and water.
