Mexican cuisine: Churro

If you haven’t had a churro, you have missed great part of Mexican history summarized in a delicious snack.

So what is Churro? Let´s see what the Urban Dictionary says:
"A tasty treat from mexico now made all over the states, a bunch of dough dropped in to a bucket of hot oil (like when someone takes a shit) and then sprinckled with sugar and cinnamon..."
I think in this case it is better to taste ;)

Nowadays, you can find churros with a variety of stuffing such as Dulce de leche, chocolate, marmalade or ice cream but my favourite filling is Nutella;)

The most important thing in the life of the churros is that they should be consumed within 10 minutes of removing them from the deep fryer, while they are still warm and crispy.
This is why a great churro, like a great doughnut, can never be packaged for a long shelf life.
