Chocolate-vanilla syrup for desserts
Such syrup can be added to drinks and desserts, water them cookies, muffins, sweet pies and cakes, cakes.
sugar 1.25 cups
cocoa powder (unsweetened) 1 glass
water 1 glass
vanilla extract 2 tsp.
salt ¼ tsp
Mix in a small saucepan of granulated sugar and cocoa powder, do this until the lumps disappear.
Pour in water, put on fire, bring to a boil, stir. Finished syrup to bring to thickening, remove from the plate, add vanillin extract to taste.
Put the mixture in the refrigerator.
