RE: Ten More Things We Are Not Being Told About Diet (Part Two)

in #food8 years ago

bravo! magnificent. if people would start here, very soon we would not have a global health crisis. one thing, i would actually encourage militant vegans ans vegetarians to eat more soy. that way, we will have examples to point to when educating people who actually want to be healthy. squeak, squeak. great post, this should get way more attention than it probably will, unfortunately. don't let that stop you. btw, some of those photos are painful.

Thanks - sometimes we find the most militant vegans do a full turn around and join the Weston A Price Foundation, or start buying gelatin from us, so we do our best to keep on good terms with them!

I hope a didn't overdo the fat pics, and have now added a photo of Marc Sisson. But because I find it morbidly fascinating, here is that spectacular pic I just replaced above :)

i'm more sarcastically annoyed at the viciousness and frequency of attacks that i get from vegans. i have actually, seriously begun to think that it may originate in a nutrient deficiency from not eating properly. i have noticed in myself and others more agitation in people engaging in excess intermittent fasting as well.

Sisson is going to be the first person to win mr universe on the day of his funeral. it's just so not fair, the older he gets the more shredded he becomes. it's astonishing. we all need to have something to aspire to, i guess.

Yes, after reading books like The Vegetarian Myth by Lierre Keith we came to the conclusion that most of their outrage is a result of nutrient deficiencies, so we do our best to keep that in mind when responding to them!

some of the most knowledgeable and eloquent are the ones who have been through it.
