Seasonal Vegetables // Get prepared for the autumn
The summer is still very hot, but the autumn is coming up very soon. For a good and healthy nutrition you should try to cook mostly meals with seasonal vegetables. In autumn you shouldespecially look for recipes with the following vegetables, ideally from a local farmer:
- Carot
- Beet Root
- Savoy Cabbage
- Cauli Flower
- Zuccini
- Spinach
- Mushrooms
- celery
- chestnut
- onions
- broccoli
And of course potatoes!

Reminds me of my mom she always force me to eat vegetables for healthy living 😆 seriously missed her though.
