1 avocado
A big fist spinach
1 banana or one 1/2 mango or both
1 tablespoon coconut flakes
1 teaspoon cold-pressed coconut oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
2-3 cm ginger
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon Green Superbooster
