Delicious Cherry Pie:
This a a very good and easy receipt from my grandma for a delicious cherry pie.
Ingredients:
200 grams of fat
5 eggs
180 gr sugar
125 gr grated almonds or hazelnuts
1 teaspoon cinnamon
125 gr flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons of rum
100 gr grated chocolate bars
1.5 Glass of sour cherries
Just mix everything toghether and put it in the convection oven at 160 degrees celsius for 35 minutes.

Der sieht ja hammer lecker aus. Ich muss meine Oma auch mal nach ihrem Nuss-Kirsch Kuchen Rezept fragen. Hab ich schonmal aber sie mischt das mehr nach Gefühl und dann kann ich mir das nicht so gut merken.
Der sieht mal sehr locker und saftig aus. Genauso wie ich es liebe. Der Witz wäre ja gewesen wenn du nur ein leeres Tablett gepostet hättest mit ein paar Krümel drauf und dann davon schwärmst wie lecker der Kuchen war... ;-))))
