Ein Traum von Nudeln

Als wir vorgestern vegetarisch Essen waren, ist uns auf dem Nachhauseweg noch ein anderes Restaurant aufgefallen. Das HAKO RAMEN  in der Boxhagenerstrasse, ist komplett von innen wie mit Nebel beschlagen. Kein Wunder da sie sich auf Ramen und Suppen speziallisiert haben und es dampft wie in einem Hexenkessel.

When we had vegetarian food the day before yesterday, we noticed another restaurant on our way home. The HAKO RAMEN in the Boxhagenerstrasse is completely fogged from the inside. No wonder, as they have specialized on ramen and soups and it is steaming like in a witch's cauldron.

Zuerst gab es ein leckeres Bier. @charles-d hat sich ein Kirin gewählt und ich ein Ashai.

Die Speiskarte ist recht übersichtlich mit 6 Hauptgerichtvarianten . Es gibt auch vegane Ramen und vegetarische Brühe. Die Ramen werden aus Japan geliefert und sollen aber bald hier auch hergestellt werden.

First there was a delicious beer. @charles-d chose a Kirin and I chose an Ashai.

The menu is quite clear with 6 main dishes. There are also vegan ramen and vegetarian broth. The ramens are delivered from Japan and will be produced here soon.

Traditionelles Tantan Ramen. Es wird gemacht aus Miso und Sesam- Hühnerbrühe , es hat Gemüse und würziges gehacktes Schweinefliesch mit dabei sowie ein halbes Ei.

Wie mein Ramen hiess habe ich leider vegessen. Die Brühe war mit auf Soyabasis und es waren Schweinfleischscheibchen mit dabei.  Hmm, ist das lecker.

As my ramen was called, I have unfortunately forgotten. The broth was soya-based and there were slices of pork with it.  Hmm, that's delicious.

Fazit: Die Nudeln sind ein wahrer Traum. Die Suppenbrühen sind unglaublich kräftig und alles zusammen schmeckt einfach spitze. Ein dicker Daumen hoch.

Conclusion: The noodles are a dream come true. The soup broths are incredibly strong and everything together tastes great. A big thumb up.
