Eating Like God in Japan

This was my third day in a row with sushi and I must say I feel better than with most things you can eat.
So I had a rainbow menu which consists of different sushi.

• 8 Inside Out Ebi Tempura - stuffed with fried shrimp
• 6 Maki Sake - with salmon

• 6 Maki Kappa - tuna and cucumber
• 1 Nigiri Sake - with salmon

• 1 Nigiri Ebi - with granele
• 1 Nigiri Maguro - with tuna fish

It was colorful and very, very tasty.
Here you can see nicely cutted ginger and wasabi.

The ginger is used to neutralize the taste and also makes a very good stomach.
The wasabi is stirred into soy sauce and then used as an extra spicy dip.
