Today we continue here with a delicious lunch.
You are looking at a beef broth with vegetables and lots of parsley.
The beef broth was made with lots of bones and includes a piece of the beef calf.
The vegetables in the soup are onions, carrots, leeks and celery.
As noodle insert wr take quite untypical 3 minutes barilia spaghetti, which I feel is better than any soup noodles.
