Recipe:

Dry mix

Flour -0.5 glasses
Semolina - 0.5 cup
Sugar - 0.5 cup
Baking powder -2 h. L

Filling

Apples 3-4 pieces
Cinnamon (to taste for an amateur)
Walnuts -0.5 glasses
Raisin - 0.5 cup
Butter - 100 gr

The bottom layer is a dry mixture (flour, sugar, semolina baking powder) + grated butter + grated apples. Then dry mix + slightly grated butter + walnuts and raisins. Repeat. Top layer - dry mix + grate butter.
Bake until done, you know your oven yourself :)
Delicious when cooled down!
