Fish baked with carrots and black currants.
Useful, dietetic and very tasty!
What is useful for Merluchius. This fish contains omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins E, C, A, PP, B6, B9, B2, B1, sulfur, iodine, iron, sodium, fluorine, calcium, phosphorus, manganese, molybdenum and much more.
Delicious turns hake, baked entirely in foil. I baked in paper for baking. Here's what you need to prepare:
Ingredients:
Merluchius fish
carrot
Black currant
sea salt
Spices for fish
Vegetable oil any
Paper for baking
Cut the carrots thinly onto the plates to salt, add spices, a little vegetable oil. Lay the fish fillets on the carrots, add black currant, wrap in baking paper. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees 40 minutes. It all depends on your oven. :))
Bon Appetit!
As always, these are my original photos.
