For lovers of culinary experiments. Cooking quick and easy! We need apples🍏 and puff pastry.🥐Pies with apples like a croissant!
For filling.
~ Peel apples from the skin and seeds. Cut the apples into cubes or slices.
~ Melt butter on a hot frying pan.
~ In the melted butter add apples.
~ Fry apples for 2 minutes, add sugar.
~ After that, fry the apples for another 1-2 minutes, add corn starch and remove from heat.
~You can add chocolate!
Put the filling on the dough.
The dough is rolled 2 mm and cut into squares of 10 x 10 cm.
Put the apples on the squares of the dough.
Lubricate with egg and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes at 200 ° C t
After baking pies sprinkled with powdered sugar.
