Parisian Gourmet - Day 35

This is one of the strangest and most interesting dishes I've ever had in a Michelin starred restaurant.
First of all - I have absolutely no idea what was in there. It was some sort of foam, covered in strange seeds, with some filling inside.
Second - it was savory and sweet and sour, all at the same time, which kinda made my taste buds go crazy for a second (good crazy, though).

This was the opening dish in the Michelin restaurant at Hotel Julien in Paris. In general, this restaurant is pretty awesome, but what I liked most about this restaurant was - believe it or not - was its design, and especially the toilets. To get there you have to climb down a very strange looking round staircase, and you end up somewhere that looked, to me, a little like a Joker's dungeon. Both a little creepy and super cool at the same time. And of course I didn't take my phone there, so the only photos you'll get are those of the food, what can you do. But trust me on this.
