Parisian Gourmet - Day 24
This is what a gourmet breakfast looks like.
Not so special, you may think, but then you smell this truffle-filled omelette, and if you're in any way a truffle lover, you just start gazing at it longingly. I know, because I definitely did.
We got this lovely dish at Artisan de la Truffe, which was already discussed here a few days ago. This is truly one of the places that makes me a happier person.

For me, the most suitable breakfast and not heavy on the stomach is the omelette and salad.

I think so too, but some good coffee or tea always add :-)

and whats that above the truffle in greyish color ?
The grey color is also very thin slices of truffle. It smelled and tasted amazing.
I think that I just had water with this dish, I didn't want to spoil the taste of truffles... I'm so addicted.
i will try if i can get these truffles...
Let me know what you think. From what I see, you can either really love them or really not... It's like coriander (which I can't even smell).
Oh but i love corriander,
may be variety is different in your country.
But in our country corriander is good, its cold and we prepare chutney of corriander mixed with mint and greenchillie...
