Parisian Gourmet - Day 16

Omg, has it been more than two weeks already? I just noticed! So strange how time flies when you're having fun...

Today I wanted to give you a taste of the latest trend in Paris - Thai food. Over the past few months, Thai and Vietnamese restaurants have been popping up all over the place, which makes be very happy, being a fan of those types of food. You can have it all - savor and sweet and spicy and a little sour on your tongue, all together, mixed to perfection. This is my absolute favorite trend so far (without insulting the vegetarians and vegans and healthy-eaters, of course).

So, this is sort of a Thai soup (with a French twist of sorts, I assume), which was served to me at Le Paradis du Fruit a few months ago. This chain of restaurants in one of my favorites in Paris, because they always have something for everyone - vegetarians, carnivores, healthy eaters, and even people who love their food juicy and fat. That specific restaurant is located in the Grands Boulevards, and I highly recommend it.
