Parisian Gourmet - Day 12

As I already mentioned before, vegetarian and vegan food has become more common in Paris over the past few years. I myself am an omnivore, but I always go and check vegetarian and vegan restaurants I hear about, just to see what they're like. Also, as a trip planner, I make sure to stay updated in every possible culinary scene, to know what to recommend to people.

This dish was ordered and happily eaten at Veget'Halles, one of the most central vegan restaurants in Paris. I did have better vegan food in my life - because the dishes were cooked absolutely without any salt, and the soja steaks were quite dry - but the rest of the dish was very nice, as well as the tampura vegetables that came as a first course, with a home-made chutney sauce on the side.

Honestly, the best feature of this restaurant is its location, but they have been there for quite a while, and have a 4-star rating (out of 5) on Google, so maybe I just came on a bad day. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.
