Next the ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 120 gr of sugar
- 2 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 3 1/2 spoons of butter
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 tablespoon of baking o polvo para hornear
- vanilla
- Ron
- Candied orange shells
Preparation method:
1- Mix the sugar with the butter and beat or stir as I did with the help of a spoon.
2- Add the wheat flour and keep mixing.
3- Incorporate the egg
4- Add the milk little by little and mix, until it acquires a homogeneous consistency (not too loose or too thick)
5- Proceed to incorporate the spoonful of baking or baking powder, the touch of vanilla and rum to your liking.
6- Take the candied orange conchitas and pour them in wheat flour (this so that it does not stick, going to the bottom of your mixture), then add to the mixture of the ponqué and stir a little.
Note: Try not to add so many candied orange conchitas because it can make your preparation a bit bitter.
7- Grease your mold (in this case cans of tuna) and add the mixture.
8 - Take the oven to 400 º for a few minutes, (they are super fast in tuna cans), take about 25 or 30 minutes, pinch them with a stick making
9- Wait for them to cool to unmold.
