Wonderfull, mine Zucchini were just planting themselves all over the garden last year so I had over 100 of them and wasn't sure what to do with them because too much is too much. I just donated them to dog shelter.
Using them would for sure smoothen out salsa texture and give a nice sweetness to it. Thank you.
Next time you get "volunteer" Zucchini planting themselves in your garden, try adding some to the salsa and see what you think!
