CHIFFON WITH LECHE FLAN ON TOP RECIPE 😊

This was a yummy food for me. My sister in Law make this. I ask her about the recipe but I forgot to ask the procedure. Hehehe. But I still want to shared it with you.

This is for the layer of Leche flan :

1/2 cup white sugar

8 large egg yolks

1 1/2 cups or 1can evaporated milk

1/2 cup condensed milk

1 tsp. vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

For the Chiffon Cake Layer:

3 large eggs, separated

1/4 cup canola oil

1/4 cup water

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

3/4 cup castor sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
