Cabbage rolls recipe(Lachanodolmades)

Recipe
1 big cabbage
1 big onion
1 piece of garlic
3tbsp olive oil
500gr ground beef
200gr rice carolina
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 bunch dill
1/2 bunch spearmint
salt
pepper
1/2ts cumin
zest from a lemon
You can also make a creme to put above
1 knor or maggi vegetable
700gr hot water
80gr butter
80gr flour
juice and zest from two lemons
salt
pepper
